The newly built home of a car dealer, which comes with a 10-car garage and has a $6m Ferrari parked in the drive, has sold for $25m.
The extraordinary home, which has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and has harbour views, is in Olola Avenue, Vaucluse, and is where Lecha Khouri, group CEO of the Fenlan Group and the man behind Supercar Advocates which has 28,000 Instagram followers, resides.
Sales agent Paul Biller, principal of Biller Property, couldn’t confirm the huge result though other sources did.
It smashed the Olola Avenue street record by $8m.

Property records show the Khouri family purchased the original residence on the 1500 sqm block for $6.1m in 2016.
But they lodged a development application for a rebuild two years later and sources say they spent about $10m on the new home.
Buyer’s agents who have taken clients through the residence say the interiors are extraordinary. It’s not known at this stage who the buyers are.
While unable to provide many details due to confidentiality agreements, Biller said the home was huge.
“It’s a monster,” he said.
“The vendors built it for themselves and had no intention of selling it but I saw that it was a phenomenal house and asked if I could introduce a buyer.
“In the end, they decided it was too big for them so they decided to sell it.”
He said despite the city being in lockdown, the property market was showing no signs of weakness.
“I’ve never seen the market this hot — particularly in the top end.
“We’ve got more demand than supply.”
The home does look amazing.
The substantial layout offers multiple living and entertaining spaces over four levels flowing to sun-drenched terraces and private courtyards.
The huge rooftop terrace, with direct lift access, features a large resort-style pool and spa, self contained pool house and has spectacular views across the harbour.
The bedrooms are also huge, as are the seven bathrooms which have natural stone and fine detailing.
The master suite comes with proportions and includes a walk in wardrobe and double ensuite with designer bath.
The formal dining room features a separate caterer’s kitchen and stunning wine cellar leading to a landscaped courtyard.
