"I actually kind of struggled when I first started chartering with Americans, because Americans have a lot of those fad diets and things like that," Hannah told Bravo. "It was so funny: I remember my first season, it was like, 'Oh, can we get a craft cocktail?' I'm like, 'Yeah, sure.' Then I walk around, and I'm like, 'What โ€ฆ is a craft cocktail? Because in Europe, we just don't have those sorts of things โ€” all those buzzy diets. It's more of a balance."

"I would love to have a consistent routine but it's so hard when you travel as much as I do," Hannah told Bravo. "I have a personal trainer who I work with in Sydney, and then try to always have a hotel with a gym. My secret is to have no regime! If I'm jet lagged at 3 a.m., I work out then!"

"Even after all these years, water still calms me!" she told Us. "You can also alternate periods of brisk walking with leisurely walking. "The reason I started wearing active wear outside the gym was because I travel so much," she told us. "It's so comfy to wear on long-haul flights and removes the need to get changed on the plane!"

"The best way to know what's in your products is by reading the list of ingredients," says the Mayo Clinic. "Ingredients to avoid include:

  • Butylated hydroxyanisole or butylated hydroxytoluene, or BHA or BHT, respectively
These preservatives are found in lipsticks, moisturizes and some food items.
  • Coal tar dyes
They are used as a colorant in hair dye and often labeled as "p-Phenylenediamine" or "CI" followed by a five-digit number.
  • Diethanolamine, or DEA
This is used to make products sudsy. It can be found in cleansers, soaps and shampoos.
  • Dibutyl phthalate, or DBP
This is a plasticizer found in nail polish."
