The Mighty Ducks are back on our TV screens and after watching the premiere episode on Friday (March 26), the nostalgia is REAL. The reimagined series,The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers,is set in present day Minnesota, where the Mighty Ducks have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team.

The reimagined series, The Mighty Ducks: Game Changersis set in present day Minnesota, where the Mighty Ducks have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team.

After 12-year-old Evan Morrow (Brady Noon) is unceremoniously cut from the Ducks, he and his mom, Alex (Lauren Graham), set out to build their own team of misfits to challenge the cutthroat, win-at-all-costs culture of youth sports today. With the help of Gordon Bombay (Emilio Estevez), they rediscover the joys of playing just for love of the game.

The 10-episode series has a roster of new up and coming young actors including Brady NoonMaxwell Simkins, Sway Bhatia, Luke Islam, Kiefer O’Reilly, Taegen Burns, Bella Higginbotham, and DJ Watts. We can also expect to see Dylan Playfairwho chatted with earlier this year, as Coach T.

Celeb Secrets sat down with the cast to learn more about their characters, the atmosphere on set, and some behind-the-scenes secrets that you would never know when watching the show. You’ve got to watch the full video below for more!
